Manyu Elements Cultural Association Germany e.V or abbreviated MECA Germany e.V is a cultural and non-governmental association, founded on the 14th of October 2000 in Essen by some Manyu indigenes from the Republic of Cameroon, residing in Germany. It was registered on the 23rd of February 2006 as a non-profit association at the Ludwigsburg district court in Germany. The association is exempted from corporate income tax and has the following registration number: VR201904. MECA Germany brings together men and women from the Manyu Division in Cameroon (by birth or marriage) with the common goal of promoting the development of Manyu.

Over five Branch Associations and more than 130 committed members are working together to achieve the objectives of MECA Germany. The branches hold monthly meetings to discuss the activities of MECA Germany at regional and national levels. Members of MECA Germany meet every year within the scope of the national assembly to evaluate the annual objectives of the association.
